Job Summary:
The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. They will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop care plans, and connect them with appropriate resources and services. The Social Worker will also provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, and may be involved in advocacy and community outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of clients' needs and develop care plans
